Description
Limb-mammary syndrome (LMS) is a condition characterized by ectrodactyly, cleft palate, and aplasia or hypoplasia of the mammary gland and nipple. Unlike its allelic disorder EEC syndrome, LMS patients do not have hair and skin defects.
