Description
Hepatic venoocclusive disease with immunodeficiency (VODI) is an autosomal recessive primary immunodeficiency associated with hepatic vascular occlusion and fibrosis. Mutations in the gene coding PML nuclear body protein Sp110 were found to be associated with VODI.
