Pulmonary arterial sling (PAS) is a relatively rare congenital anomaly in which left pulmonary artery branch originates abnormally from the right pulmonary artery, eventually resulting with respiratory symptoms, due to airway obstruction. The symptoms can range from common wheezing to air trapping, recurrent pneumonia, persistent atelectasis, and dysphagia.
