Isolated from the blood samples of Thylamys macrurus captured during two expeditions in the Pantanal of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, central-western Brazil, more specifically in the "Alegria" farm, Nhecolandia region (-19.050399; -56.675623): one in December 2018 and the second in February 2019.
