概要    
Chronic mucocutaneous ulceration (CMCU) is characterized by oral and gastrointestinal ulcerations, cytopenias, and lymphoproliferative disease. It has been reported that a heterozygous mutation in RELA, encoding the NF-kB subunit RelA, causes CMCU.
